If you’ve read my About section you’ll know that I am a Software Engineer by profession and there is no limit to timings as such in Software world :P. Sometimes you have to keep on coding until the bug is fixed and sometimes stay late for client calls.(Techies would understand the pain LOL :D) No enmity on the same though ,since I love my job as much as I love blogging.
I, myself haven’t had a specific routine to be frank. I just like to be myself when I am home. But I do believe having a routine is important, so as to have a happier life.
Below are some things that I love to do as part of my evening routine for a happier and stress free next morning you can try these things individually or mix it up with your own routine.
NOTE DOWN
Write down anything that you’ve forgotten to do today or jot down about your tasks/goals for tomorrow. I generally use Notes or Reminders app on my iphone to list down stuff so that I do not have to worry about things next morning.
LISTEN MUSIC
Had a tiring day at work? Just plug your earphones and listen to your favorite music. I think music helps in inspiring ,motivating and getting anything out of your head that is bothersome and putting one’s mind, body and soul into a relaxing mode.
SELF CONCERN
I am sure none of us like to wake up with a pimple on our face the next morning. Remove your makeup be it through a makeup wipe or an essential oil. Wash your face with a face wash or a cleanser , Brush your teeth to have that lovely smile long lasting 😛
Drink a glass of water an hour before bed that will help you feel better and keep you hydrated.
Just follow this kind of simple night self care routine , and I bet your body will love you for giving the care it needs .
CONNECT WITH YOUR LOVED ONES
We all get so busy in our lives sometimes that we do not have a moment to talk or share things with our loved ones. Take time out of your busy schedule in the evening, chat with your parents/spouse/children about how your day went by or how their day was, play a game or watch a show together with your hubby/wife/children. Spending time with the ones we love is a thing that we all need to cherish.
BE GRATEFUL
Think about the things you were grateful for today. Being grateful increases our positive emotions. It is always about taking time to notice good things in our lives.
I am always grateful to God for everything that he has given us and innumerable blessings that he has bestowed upon us.

7:30 to 8:30 Steam and Bath
9-6 office
6:30 -9 Tennis /pool/ Boxing / Steam
9-9:30 watsapp fb
Then secret until 4 am 🙂
