I love grilled chicken, the sizzling sound of the meat on a grill pan or on a tandoor  and the smell of it being cooked is a pure bliss.

I could not control my excitement to try out this recipe when I saw it on a Facebook page, And I am still in awe of it as to how it turned out.

Ingredients :

250gm boneless chicken

2 tbsp Fresh Cream (Here I used Amul Fresh Cream)

2tbsp Curd/Yoghurt

2 tsp lemon juice

1 tbsp Green Chili Ginger and Garlic Paste

1 tsp Black Pepper Powder

8-10 almonds

Salt to taste

8-10 skewer sticks

Coriander for garnishing

Method :

Blend Almonds, Fresh Cream and Yoghurt in a blender to make a grounded paste.

Apply rest of the ingredients along with the paste on to the chicken pieces.

Keep the marinated chicken in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Heat the grill pan to medium-high heat .

Thread chicken onto the skewers.

Place chicken skewers on to the grill pan to cook ,turning occasionally for 10-15min.

Sprinkle coriander for garnishing and serve hot with desired side dish.
